Pre-Order Policy

Wellness

A 10% volume discount applies to each pre-order in multiples of three or more of the same product and totals $20.00 or more.Items not subject to pre-order discounts:
1. Items taken from the shelf the day of purchase
2. Special orders for calendars, cards, books, magazines, videos, and housewaresOrders usually take 1-4 weeks to arrive. Please check with a Wellness buyer if you are concerned about delivery dates.

Meat

All pre-orders must be made at the meat counter. Pre-order discounts are based on the volume of the purchase. Please check with the Meat Department manager. Minimum order for custom-made sausage is 10 pounds.

Bulk

Minimum orders include 1 pound of spices or 5 pounds of coffee. Dry bulk items can generally be ordered from 5-10 pounds and up. Liquid bulk items are generally ordered by the gallon. Pre-order discounts do not apply to sale items.

Produce

To receive a pre-order discount, produce must be ordered in the quantity we receive them (i.e. case, bushel, etc.). Pre-order discounts do not apply to sale items.

Beer

There are no pre-order discounts on cases of beer.

Wine

Pre-Orders/“On the Spot” Case Purchases: Cases are unopened and unmixed, consisting of 12-750ml bottles, or 6-1.5 liter bottles. Pre-orders of wine cases receive a total maximum 10% discount. Co-op members and/or staff do not receive any additional discount, regardless of their usual discount level. Note—All sales on Beer and Wine are final; no returns, no exceptions. Spoiled, undrinkable wine/beer may be eligible for a refund or exchanged for product of equal value. You must have the receipt. Some amount of beer/wine must be in the bottle to make the transaction legal. This is state law.

Cheese

Orders qualifying for pre-order discounts:
• 10% off whole logs of cheese that do not require cutting or wrapping
• 10% off pre-orders of 10 pounds or more
• 10% off any whole wheels, regardless of size
• 10% off any pre-ordered packages cheese by the case.

Pre-order discounts do not apply to sale items. Co-op members will also receive their 2% or 10% discount at the register.

Grocery

Cases ordered from C&S will receive a 7% discount.

Cases pre-ordered from other distributors will generally receive a 10% discount (unless otherwise noted on a posted sign).

Co-op members will also receive their usual 2% or 10% discount at the register.

Generally you are required to order a case or more to receive a discount. However, some products can be ordered in 3-6 pieces. Please make arrangements with the Grocery department manager.
